Amazingly poor appraiser

David Rayppy appraised our house and used a comparible that was from a year ago. Mind you this was 2014 so in our neighborhood median prices had risen 10% in that time. There were plenty of other more recent sales and even of identical floor plans that he didn't use for comparibles. On top of the the MLS numbers he used were incorrect. I could go on but I will major flaws which show his poor level of work and negligence.
