His boss did this. If you use this realtor, which I would not recommend, be sure to list every minuscule problem with the property. My security deposit was charged for a door handle I replaced after it was no longer functional. I thought I would save landlord the trouble bought a door handle and left broken door handle in the house. They charged me for a new door handle for my troubles. I was charged $140 for sliding glass door rollers. At move in day door functioned properly, soon after door began to become harder to open. I inspected door to see cause of the problem, and it appeared to me that someone, at some point, and unbeknowsed, to me sprayed WD-40 in the door track. Probably as the property was being prepared to be rented. WD-40 is a liquid and as such attracts dust, when it mixes with dust and dries out it becomes hard. Thus making the door harder to open. This theory was provided additional evidence that any time it rained or became humid the door opened very easily. Loosing up the WD-40 and debris collected. I tried to clean track and put powdered graphite (the right tool for job) on the track and door became able to be opened with a little force. I was told track was filthy and it was my fault? READ YOUR LEASE very carefully. They took over a month to return the security deposit. When I called after 3 weeks of not receiving payment, I was told I would receive most of if not all of my security deposit. Apparently that is code for returning $300 of a $1400 deposit. This is after living in the home for four years and never being late on the rent once. So we weren't exactly problem tenants. And BTW the five star review is from a person with the same fi Submit review See all 1 reviews
