I came to town to deal with the passing of my ex and friend of 38 years. Cleaned out his home, donated to Salvation Army to leave by last date of rental agreement. During this time he had no heat which may have led to his passing after returning from the hospital. NO ONE to get in touch with since they were on vacation and no person responding to phone calls.
Today in a call I heard Nancy Ligata from Peak Performance Group accuse me of wanting my ex's money..."understand why he divorced you" plus other neg comments related to me from one who doesn't know me. After ex passed as executor took me 6 days to get in touch with the property owner, not the agents. Accused of being rude to secretary who could never get in touch with owners. Received call on how nasty I was to 'sweet secretary.' I hung up on Nancy Ligata.
Today she called to say I was a money hungry grabbing bitch and she knows now why my ex divorced me. Then later she left msg ] left msg. threatening me with her family members who are homeland security and police. "Must call back or else"
Unprofessional and cruel for someone to call during my time of grief to threaten and harass me.
I would like to file a formal complaint again Nancy Ligata. Please advise how I can proceed.
