No customer service skills at all!!
He is completely and utterly rude! Right from the beginning when viewing the place I could tell he was an as..le but I needed somewhere to go without a credit check due to my circumstance. I was on a month-to-month lease and when I moved out, which he knew about, he decided to file an eviction on me anyway and I was already out of the unit and surrendered the keys. He is shady and a slum lord. My kitchen was TERRIBLE! Everything about this guy screams "I DON"T GIVE A F....K ABOUT YOU!" He never answered the phone and only called you when rent was due and you were a few days behind. He's a mess!!!!!!!! 0 stars

unprofessional and rude
Right off the bat he was rude. Never came to get his paint and toxins off the porch.on the porch there were these loose bars they weighed about 10 pounds each and it fell on my toe and my toe nail eventually fell off!! Hes never at the office unless its time to collect rent never answers the phone unless its around the rent period. Trust me hes a straight asshole unless you a man that intimidates him i am a woman and had no man in the house hold.
